Refunds, Returns and Payments.

  • All information products (including printed, audio and video content, either in electronic or hard copy format) sold on this website come with a 60 day unconditional money-back guarantee. To claim this money back guarantee, you must contact us via our support desk (https://yocal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) within 60 days of the purchase date and request a refund. A full refund will be provided within 7 days of the refund request. Information products are delivered electronically within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be given on services rendered by Andcom 26 cc T/A Yocal unless a specific contract has been entered into detailing the conditions of such a refund.
  • Cancellation of services must be sent, in writing, to to us via our support desk (https://yocal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) by or on the 15th day of the month in which you intend to cancel. If notice is not supplied prior to or on the 15th day of the month, services will be supplied and invoiced for the following month until you lodge a notice of cancellation.
  • A 30 day minimum contract term applies to consulting services unless otherwise indicated in writing by us.
  • We reserve the right to terminate service provision, at any time, and will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the service.
  • We reserve the right to terminate provision of services in the event that accounts are more than 60 days overdue and reserve the right to withhold all work product, including but not limited to graphics, materials, advertising copy, digital and multimedia content and internet traffic generation strategies from the client until accounts have been paid in full. This right to terminate provision of services may extend to multiple projects or websites owned by the same client or key person.
